Russell has spent more than 35 years in the pet food and companion animal industries. As a plant manager for a large pet food manufacturer for 30 years, he developed and implemented food safety programs in multiple facilities. He has manufacturing experience with several national super-premium brands, including developing and launching many new brands and products.
